What is your Return Policy?

At Strike Equipment, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@strikeequipment.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

SUPREME 320S Bridge Saw — Ø300 mm (12") Blade, 3 HP

SUPREME is a bridge saw ideal for cutting natural stones, granite and marble slabs.
It makes cuts moving forward manually the engine group.
It is built to work with diamond disk Ø300 mm.
Laser instrument and kit wheels are supplied standard or as option.

– Single phase engine 230V 50Hz 3Hp/2,2Kw with thermal and amperometric protection
– Switch with release coil
– Overheat protection with manual reset
– Sliding cutting head and tilting engine
– Cutting progress system with hand wheel
– Laser instrument

STRUCTURE

Aluminum draw-plate to get the maximum of rigidity and lightness at the same time.

BRIDGE
The rail is in extrusion of aluminum at high resistance to the torsional stress.
It’s equipped with interchangeable stainless-steel bearings-tracks.
Absolute cutting precision.

SCALE MEASURE
Millimeters graduated scale for a fast execution of the cuts in series.

GONIOMETER FENCE
A professional adjustable goniometer fence is included.

SIDE TABLE
The extension side table, made in galvanized steel, is optional and can be mounted in both the sides of the machine. It allows the cut of big sizes.

CARRIAGE

The carriage engine group slides on the rail by means 8 ball-bearings, of which 4 works always in perpendicular way respect to the rail. So doing the sliding is very fast and precise.

POSITION 45° ANGLE CUTS.

Position 45° angle cuts.
The wiring of the cables is integrated inside the rail to avoid they interfere in the cutting area. Powerful engine 3Hp / 2,2 KW with thermal and amperometric protection.

CUTTING DEPTH

The adjustment of the cutting depth occurs by means the locking of the tilting of the engine group. A simple and easy graduated scale measures directly the cutting depth.

CONTROL BOARD

The control board includes:
– switch with release coil
– overheat protection with manual reset in the event of the disk jamming
– red light for signaling the presence to connection net
– green light for signaling machine on function
– laser instrument for the maximum cutting precision (optional in standard version)
– Plug industrial type

WORKING TABLE

The working table, of large dimension (620 mm.), is made in galvanized steel.
The water tank, realized in abs material, crash and consumption proof.
– It’s easy to clean and realized to divide the cutting rubble from the recycling water’s area.
– Water recycling pump type S3 included.
